Today our day began with our beloved principal K V  Benedict sir. Today  he discussed about our school induction program and its importance, lesson plan templates preparation, micro teaching skills and its presentations... These are the things that we have to focused more. Then he discussed what is a feedback, mastery learning, three questions and three answers that a teacher should ask them selves...

He gave some sort of inspiration that made our mind once again moulded for the BEd curriculum.

Next section was taken by our Neena ma'am. Today our six friends discussed their Reading and reflection. It was really beautiful section, everyone narrated the story wonderfully. I enjoyed the section really well.

Next section was taken by Ancy maam, she discussed the Adolescent age in the developmental stage. Its physical, social, emotional, language, intellectual development and role of parents and teachers in the development stage.

Our online class ends at 12.45pm🥰🥰.....

 Apart of our B Ed curriculum we have an assignment. "Role of science teacher in developing scientific attitude in students".

 Science teacher should always motivate students. This is not very difficult but difficult for those who are not interested.

They create engaging lessons, explain complex concepts simply, and enrich classroom time by using experiments. Science Teachers encourage students to be curious and to have respect for the natural world.

The students can increase their scientific attitude through a perfect science teacher.

Our day began at 11 am by George sir. He gave us the idea of health chart and how to prepare it.

Health chart is an important thing in day to day life. Every sholud record their health chart for assessment of their health. It should contain name, age, blood group, weight, height, BMI...

                    Next section was taken dona maam in presence of neena maam. She discussed what is behaviorism.

 Behaviorism or the behavioral learning theory is a popular concept that focuses on how students learn. ... This learning theory states that behaviors are learned from the environment, and says that innate or inherited factors have very little influence on behavior. A common example of behaviorism is positive reinforcement.

Last section was taken by our respected principal K Y Benedict Sir. He discussed various phases of teaching and teaching models. It mainly consists of 3 phases- pre-active phase, interactive phase and post-active phase. Pre-active phase is the preparatory time which involves organisation of learning lessons, creating class room environment, enabling software access, checking entry behaviour and so on. Pre-active phase is important to decide the performance of a teacher.Interactive phase is an active session which gives realisation about the pre-active phase. Post active phase is the reflection section held immediately after the class. It mainly includes self reflection, verbal feedback, self assessment, interrogation and analysing how the performance of the teacher impacted on pupils.

Our day began with maya ma'am. She discussed a new topic schools of philosophy. She beautifully explained the important schools.

Teacher explained idealism very well. It is concerned with ideas and idealism. It is the oldest schools of philosophy.

Then the next session was taken by Gibi teacher The class starts at 10.15am with a beautiful prayer song by Issac. Teacher taught us about three personalities Bruner, Piaget, Gagne.

Piaget introduce cognition in Psychology.

"Anything, can be taught at any level, If we are providing proper learning experience in an intellectual honest way.-Bruner

 Then next session starts at 11.00am. It was taken by Neena teacher. Teacher gave us assignment topics and seminar topics. The session ends at 12.15 pm.

 Genre of speculative fiction

Reading books gives happiness and reflection in life. But science fiction  which typically deals with imaginative and futuristic concepts such as advanced science and technology, space exploration, time travel, parallel universes, and extraterrestrial life.

I would like to share some experience of such a science fiction that i have recently read. The invisible Man written by famous novelist H. G. Wells.

This day began by Revathy ma'am in presence of Joju sir. The class was really interesting. She discussed on the topic podcasting, its characteristics, M- learning, its features, web based  learning.

Podcasting is a process in which digital audio recordings are broadcast over the internet to uses who have signed up to received like a traditional radio only it is a cognitive medium and is available on demand for a specific topic.

She discussed every topic very thoroughly. Joju sir also congratulated teacher for her dedication.

Then the next session was taken by Shabana teacher about National integration. She taught about 42 nd constitutional amendment act of 1976 and introduction of word integrity in preamble. Teacher explained about caste system. Various obstacles of national integration.

Next  session was handled by Sathya lekha teacher. Teacher taught us about remaining stages in Erickson's theory. The class was really a fascinating one. Todays class ends at 1.00 pm

The first section was taken by Sathyalekha ma'am in presence of ancy ma'am. Our class begam with a beautiful prayer song by Jeena. Class was really interesting. Ma'am discussed on Erickson's theory of social development. There are 8  distinct stages each with two possible outcomes.Today she dealt with 4 stages very clearly.

                          Next session was optional session. Teacher gave a detailed and adorable explanation about Lecture cum demonstration method. The main purposes of this method is

• To stimulate interest

                  Today our classes began at 9 am.

Our first section was taken by Maya ma'am, she discussed the philosophical perspectives of Curriculum and the different fields of philosophy.

It was such a beautiful class. She explained it very well.

  The next section was taken by Revathy maam, She was really hardworking and more dedicated to teaching. She conducted her class in an discussion mood. It was really interesting. Teacher taught us about computer simulations, Blended learning and Flipped classroom.Teacher taught the topic using question answer method. So we got so many points related to the topic. On the spur of the moment we understand about the topic after the explanation. After that joju sir gave us seminar topics and gave instruction to upload our online assignment in google classroom.

    Afternoon session was handled by Dona teacher. Teacher taught us about qualities of a teacher. We discussed so many points about the topic. A Teacher should be

Class started at 9 am. First section was taken by Sathyalekha teacher. She discussed on the topic components of essential communication. Ancy teacher has also joined the section. It was really interesting one. The essential components are

Our first online section was started from today. My first online class in B Ed life. Due to covid pandemic situation our classes were shifted to Online mode. Classes started at 9am.

Our first section was dealt by Dona ma'am. She discussed on the topic Wechsler scale. The class was so interesting.Dona teacher gave us an awareness about covid and gave advise to be vigilant about the present covid situation.

Next section was taken Revathy ma'am. She discussed on the topic sustainable development. Our class teacher also participated in this section. She introduced the jamboard software.

The next section was taken by shabana ma'am. She discussed on the topic contributions of Dr. S. Radhakrishnan on education. Our class ends at 12.30 pm.

January 12 National Youth Day🥰🥰

Our day began with the assembly of Natural Science Optional. They conducted it beautifully even in the absence of principal. They participated all members in the assembly. The performance was really good for all students. I really enjoyed 🥰.

Our class began with our optional class by Dona ma'am. She discussed on the topic nano technology, bioinformatics, geoinformatics.

The next section was taken by Shabana ma'am taught us "Role of education & importance of society in education " We conducted a group discussion. After the discussion Vivek, Athira & Nithin gave an explanation.

Dona ma'am discussed about the topic Intelligence tests. Arundathi & Bharat shared more points.

This was really normal day..... We have expected a strike today. But we had regular class as per the timetable 😞

Our class began with class of Dona ma'am. She introduced Guilford intellectual theory and its characteristics. It was really beautiful section.

Next section was our optional period. Dona ma'am was handled the section. She discussed the development of science in ancient and mediaeval period with a presentation.

Next section was taken by revathy ma'am. She discussed the inventions of some scientists in our syllabus.

Afternoon section was taken by Sathyalekha teacher. She discussed on the topic classroom communication and its characteristics.

Next section was taken by revathy ma'am. She told the computer mediated communication system. And told us to write the difference among CAI, CMC and CMI.

"Believe in yourself. Your limitation—it's only your imagination"

This day began with our optional class by Dona ma'am. She discussed on the topic evolution. She introduced various inventions of the stone age, bronze age and other stages of  development. The concept was cleared by our class teacher Neena ma'am. We have tabulated various inventions occured in different period of time.

 

The next was taken by revathy ma'am. She discussed on the topic computer managed instruction and its characteristics.

After the section was handled by Sathyalekha teacher. She discussed on classroom communication and its peculiarities.

In the lunch break intervel we had shared our gift for New year friend. Sruthy gave really a beautiful gift for me.The moment was really exciting 🥰🥰.

After noon section was taken by Dona ma'am. She discussed on thurstson's group factor theory and its applications.

Next section was just relaxation section by shabana ma'am. Aami sang a beautiful song for us. It was really entertaining one.

It was really wonderful day🥰. The day began with our optional class. Dona teacher discussed various steps in scientific method. It was really a beautiful presentation. Our class teacher also discussed the same detaily.

Next we had an interesting orientation section conducted by Reju sir on the topic " Art and Aesthetic ". It was really a fantastic section. Everyone enjoyed a lot. He was a small man with big ideas. He played a lots of games. I felt that i was in my childhood days🥰🥰.

Afternoon section was handled by M Ed student teachers. The first class was taken by Dona ma'am. She discussed spearman's two factor theory.

Next section was handled by shabana ma'am. She told the different types of education.

After a long gap I have entered the college campus. It was really a enjoyable moment. I feel really happy to see all my dear friends.

The day began with yoga.Practicing yoga can enhance the mood of a person. Breath is an indicator of mood. Yoga is all about changing the breathing patterns and inhaling and exhaling in rhythm with the postures. Breathing in patterns can lift up the mood of a person.

After yoga practices the classes were taken by  M ed sholars from Govt. Teacher training College. The first class was taken by Revathy ma'am. She discussed on the topic Computer assisted instruction. The class was really interesting.

Next period was optional Physical Science and she also taken the class. In that session she described the Different Values of Science including

Intellectual values, Utilitarian values, Vocational values, Aesthetic values , Cultural values and Recreational values .

 She detailed each and every concept in a discussion pattern. I believe it is more effective method also .

Afternoon session was handled by Dona teacher , she lend our ears and eyes to the topic- Intelligence, the ability for abstract thinking as well as the capacity to learn from the past experience, and nature and characteristics of intelligence. Informative words. 

Later section was handled by shabana teacher. She discussed about the types of education - formal, informal and non formal and its characteristics.

Last session was taken by Sathyalekha teacher she discussed about ' The role of education to inculcate values connected with democracy and secularism' . Very relavant topic in the present conditions and she deeply explained about Democracy- The government by many.
